Can't stand the smell of sushi, it makes me gag every time I walk past a store. I used to love it!

I’m finding myself very sensitive to food textures. If I think about what I’m eating enough, then I vomit 🤮. I ate some soup with spinach earlier and even now thinking about the slimy spinach texture is making me heave. 
Also happened with a breakfast sandwich with avocado on it. Not sure which texture bothered me there but I did not like the feeling of something. 
Before being pregnant I was already a little picky on food textures (onions🤢🤢🤢), but now it’s almost everything. I have to literally just bite, chew, and swallow and not think about the food at all or I’m sick 😂
