Fresh 3 day vs frozen 5 day transfer?

I have had three failed IVF cycles and I turned 41 last month. The first resulted in only one blast, which tested abnormal. The second resulted in no blasts. My doctor did a day 3 freeze all on my last cycle, transferred 4 without testing and none took. Only 1/3 of my eggs made it to the end of day 3.

I am in my prep month for one last cycle. Should I push for a day 3 fresh transfer or wait for day 5 and test any that make it? I’m worried that my low quality eggs won’t make it to day 5 but I don’t know whether the risk of miscarriage or other problems is worth it. Also, two of my day 3 embryos lost 1-2 cells in the thaw, so I’m also worried about the freezing and thawing process for lower quality eggs.
