When to worry about swelling?

I’m 37+4 today and this morning my feet were pretty swollen. I normally wear sanuks so I don’t really have problems with my shoes fitting,but when I put them on this morning they were kind of tight and it looks like I have cankles😐 My hands feel kinda swollen as well but I’m not 100% sure. Should I be worried or is it just normal?

Deff call your doc. My doc told me to call especially if my feet were swollen and I wasn’t doing anything for example just saying or sitting. If I was active it’s a different thing but if I get it from only laying they want to know.

Call your doctor!  I had swelling in my feet and hands and at my 37 week appointment I was induced that night due to high blood pressure.
Some swelling is to be expected, but it's better to be safe and checked out!!

I had severely swollen feet. Like painfully swollen. To reduce the swelling, I just sat down with my feet elevated. Do that as much as you can, and it will hopefully go down.
