Diva cup or no??

Hey guys I’m wanting to try the diva cup but would like to know how it works? Does it work the same as a tampon? And is it easy to insert and remove ?

Love love LOVE it. There's loads of tutorials and information online about how to insert it (you need to be comfortable with your fingers up there and getting a little messy) it takes a few tries but by the end of your cycle you'll probably have the hang of it. It is like a tampon in the sense that you out it in the same position and can't feel it.
I wouldnt change back to anything else and it's better for the environment!🌍
