Day 2 after retrieval

Wednesday I was my sisters egg donor. They got 28 eggs. 22 mature 21 fertilized. Today is day 2 and we got this from the embryologist

Embryo update.

- 1 stopped growing so they will be removing that one

- some are 2-4 cell and some are 7-8 cells

- he said some of the embryos have fragmentation (Im not completely sure that that means) but he says it’s normal to have some like that

- they are going to let them grow until 5 day and I won’t hear and update until I go in for my transfer.

Can anyone help us understand this better or what this means? Just thought I would ask :) thank you!!
