Spotting?

Hey guys I am 5 weeks as of today I went to the bathroom to have a bowel movement and when I wiped I seen this. I haven’t had any bad cramps , just the normal light ones I’ve had since I found out I was pregnant. I even went to the bathroom right after I saw this to go pee again and there was nothing. Did anyone else have this type of spotting and ended up fine? Or is it possible it could’ve came from my bowels? I’m a FTM and just don’t wanna worry myself to death 😂
