I love you vs Love you
I've thought abt something.
Why do guys (not all of them, but many...some girls probably do it too lol) often say/text "love you" instead of saying/writing "I love you"?
It kinda pisses me off sometimes, Idk why but it does...i think its because it makes me feel like they dont really mean it or that they don't really care. I also overthink a lot so yea, maybe its just me lol.
Like it doesn't have to be like my boyfriend, it could be my dad for example.
Like okay, yeah...i get it if you SAY "love you" sometimes. Then I don't think abt it that much. But when ppl write it/text me "love you" I think more abt it. And I think thats because I can like see the words if yk what I mean.
Like, it happened right now.
My dad & I were texting each other & then he said "Goodnight, love you" & it just made me a lil sad...idk why. Like i always say/write "I love you". Its not that hard to put an "I" in front of "love you" lol. Its the same w my boyfriend, he usually texts me "love you" but he always says "i love you" when were talking.
Idk, I think its kinda funny. I'm just curious...why do ya'll think they do this? Is it because they're lazy? Do they not care? Do they just not think about it?
