How can I drink more water??
I literally can't drink water. I'm never thirsty, and as a result I'm always some level of dehydrated. My skin and hair are suffering because I don't intake enough liquid. It's all because I never feel thirsty. I drink maybe a glass of liquid each day, sometimes none at all.
I've tried forcing myself to drink more water, but I can only drink a few sips before I want to throw up. My body just won't let me.
The only thing that actually works is if I buy juice, but even that's not really enough because I'm still not thirsty. (I buy the all natural kind with no added flavors, sugar, or dyes)
I've also tried eating more soup which has helped a little.
So is there anything I can do to make myself thirsty? Anything I can take? This has been going on for years now.
