Too many Braxton Hicks?

I cant for the life of me remember what the number of braxton hicks is too many. Ive had a number of them in the past hour. Chugged a liter of water over 15 mins and im laying down now. Theyre not painful but VERY uncomfortable, borderline period crampy and theyre making breathing while it happens hard. I cant remember what they said to call about with braxton hicks with my daughter (they had me come in numerous times with her over them not going away) Does anyone know when youre supposed to call about it? Im gonna keep an eye on how often they're happening if they dont stop within the hour, but ive had about 10-12 within the last hour while ive been sitting watching tv.
