I think my antidepressants are messing up with my monthly cycle I’m not pregnant because I haven’t gotten sexually active with anybody but I haven’t gotten my period yet and my cycle is not regular because I think my antidepressants are messing up with my cycle what should I do ?? I already have let my doctors and therapist know about this but they don’t think it’s because of my antidepressants what should you guys think I should do ??

I take anxiety and depression pills and was recently prescribe with birth control pills but I didn’t take them because I didn’t like how the gynecologist treated me like with no respect . I’m considering on not taking my antidepressants and continue with therapy because I’m not sure what else to do.
