Cant climax

So this is super embarrassing but is there any reason that I am not climaxing? I have been with my husband for 5 years now. About a year ago almost year and a half I had my daughter. Since then I have not actually climaxed. We have tried clitoral stimulation, penetration, and both at the same time. I always feel it build but before it releases it just stops. And it’s killing me.
