When will first ultrasound be?

This is my second pregnancy. My first pregnancy I got my first ultrasound 7 weeks because of spotting which ended up being a sub chorionic hemorrhage. I went on to have a high risk pregnancy because of an incompetent cervix. At my first app I’ll be 6 weeks 2 days. Do you think they will give me an ultrasound? I’m worried because that’s around the same time I started spotting in my other pregnancy. I want to request one but I’m afraid they will turn me down.

I had a short cervix with my son and they’re not measuring my cervix with this pregnancy until my anatomy scan at 20 weeks (on the 29th) because they said anything earlier than that isn’t accurate. They said I’ll most likely be out on medication again for my cervix and extremely limited to physical activities and pelvic rest.

They usually give you an ultrasound at your first appointment to determine how far along you are etc. if not, it’ll probably be around 8-12 weeks. 
But they’ve always done ultrasounds on me for my first appointments
