Prodromal labor. Did you exsperince it?

I think I’m having prodromal labor. Iv been having contractions starting towards the afternoon/ evening that are consistently 5-10 minutes apart lasting 30ish seconds apart but then stop by morning 😭 started on the 14th and still going off and on. I’m getting annoyed lol 
How long did this phase last for you if you had it? How did you help move things along.

I did this for almost 4days with my first child. The 4th day I was scheduled for an induction.  My second child I had it for 2 evenings before I went into real labor

I had it almost the entire last month of my pregnancy and ended up electing for an induction on my due date because of it. It was horrible! And then to make it worse even after all that my body STILL wasn't ready and the induction took 3 days.

I had it for 3 days on and off before I went into labour (3 days after that)
