How to loose weight

Hey guys I need some help. I’ve been trying to loose weight for the past year and I haven’t really been sticking to it and that upsets me. I’m 17 and I turn 18 in April. Any tips would be appreciated or any workout routines as well. With the new year coming up I want to try to get back in shape. I’m about to be playing college softball and I want to be prepared.

Personally I think getting into a good home workout routine first is helpful. It’s nice to see my butt look better and to feel stronger. Then I am easing into the nutrition portion of things. I was able to use a personal trainer that my aunt paid for during 3 months but that’s not necessary. I guarantee there’s good workout routine videos online 🙂

I’ll look for some routines to do!!! I just want to get rid of my stomach and build my butt mainly. My legs are where I want them to be!!!

Are you watching your diet? Also, when we work out, over time our body gets used to the routine. So you'll need to switch up. Cardio will be your best friend as well.

Ok thank you!!!! I play softball and we had a routine of working out but with Covid my coach canceled the rest of our sessions.

That is a great start. Try eating more protein, and greens. Even if you just walk 30 min a day at a good pace that is still a great start.

I watch my diet as best as I can. My mom just had a weight loss surgery and she’s been having more healthier options in the house but my dad is the one that likes going out and buying unhealthy food. When I do eat something unhealthy I don’t eat much of it. I’ve been trying to limit my portions. I honestly don’t eat as much as I did in the beginning of the year. I’ve lost 10 ibs from limiting everything but I want to loose more. Thank you so much for replying!!!!!
