PLEASE HELPPPPP

So this is my test today at 13dpo.... it has gotten wayyyy darker since 10dpo. Anyway I’ve been cramping for two days now. PMS type cramps and it is panicking me soooo badly I could cry. I had a chemical last month and I am terrified it’s happening again. Although my first blood draw is way higher than the pregnancy before. Someone give me some hope please 😭😭
