Miscarriage fears

So I'm 12 weeks today. I also have severe anxiety and a panic disorder. Anyway, being on here or just on the internet makes it seem like 80% of pregnancies end in miscarriage. I have 2 kids. No past miscarriage. But my fear is SO STRONG. Anyone else struggling with how horrible these fears are? I cannot imagine the pain, women who have gone through such a thing are so strong and have my utmost respect. Im just so scared, and angry that such a thing even exists. And yes, I know, its usually not something you can control and no ones fault. I just wish I could stop worrying and enjoy pregnancy, but every time Im just overcome with fear :(
