Blood Clot and spotting

I was seen in the ER a couple of days ago because a gigantic blood clot fell out of me and I started spotting — I was 11 weeks 4 days at the time.

The blood clot was a pouch about 2 inches in diameter and I even scooped it out of the toilet and brought it with me. For some reason I had this fear that my baby was inside.

After 6 hours and lots of tests, we saw baby on ultrasound and he is she was perfectly fine, but the doctors couldn’t find an explanation for the blood clot or spotting.

The spotting has since stopped but I’m so nervous. Has this happened to anyone?

Looking for any thoughts.
