Any ideas on what this is?

I originally thought it was some type of rash from droll bc she’s constantly drooling. My MIL said it looks like an allergy? But it’s been over a week and it’s not getting any better, it’s getting worse. It seems like it’s worse first thing in the morning. I’ve tried putting Vaseline, A&D, Hydrocortisone cream, and regular Aquaphor lotion on. I’m waiting on a call from the doctors. But I can’t even take her in bc we’re on quarantine. Hoping they’ll let me send a picture of it or do a televisit (idk if they even have those).

Update: doctor called me back and of course I missed the call and when I called right back I got the answering service lol. It’s been one of those days.. but they did leave me a message and they called her in an ointment.
