Carpal tunnel 😭😭

I woke up with the worst pain of my life in my right hand that’s my dominant hand and all my God it did not matter how much Tylenol I took it would not go away I’ve put a wrap around it I’m not using that arm but my hands both and my arms and shoulders were killing me today somebody give me some advice on what I can take or what I can do to prevent this in the future because I have not been able to do anything today just because of this pain 😭😭😭
