I love the name emmie but I don t feel like it’s an adult name.  More of a nickname.  
My nickname growing up was kammie and I hate it as an adult!

I agree with someone above. Emmie sounds like a kids name, but not adult. Maybe something like Emalyn that you can shorten to Emmie.
