Help PLEASE

I called my gyno they sent me for blood work. But I am 5 weeks pregnant and I started to bleed today no cramping. This is my 6th pregnancy(I had a missed miscarriage early this year and have 4 beautiful children.) Should I be concerned that I'm having a miscarriage? No cramping. Sorry for the pic
