I’m curious what the problem would be? That it’s too similar? Don’t guys name their sons after themselves all the time with no one batting an eyelash? I don’t see why it wouldn’t be acceptable to name your daughter after yourself. In general though o think if you like a name there’s no reason not to use it :-)

Of course. I don’t know why people are saying no.... it’s your baby name her what you want but I don’t think that’s odd at all.

I think its confusing
My mom is Kathy and I'm cassie and people always mix it up. And I love the name Casey but would never use it 🤷‍♀️
I also know a Cecily who named her daughter Celeste and everyone always messes it up

I’m Rachel too I love the name Raquel. If you love that name then go for it! Also, it might get a little bit confusing at times but oh well. It’s a pretty name.
