Implantation bleeding??

Have you ever experienced implantation bleeding but mistaken it for your period?

Implantation bleeding is very rare. Only 10-15% of women will have it.
It’s very different than a period and you would be able to tell the difference.

Just to clear things up, yes I did with my current pregnancy. I know everyone will tell you how light and quick IB is but things are not the same for everyone. We were ttc but I had just weaned our last baby. My first pp period was weird of course so when the second one was like a week early I found it strange but not too concerning. It was full blown heavy red blood like a period. I used tampons for three days then liners one to two more. Nine days later I thought I was in a new cg and would start my opks. I ovulated usually around cd12 but this first one was already blazing positive. It was so crazy looking I took out a pregnancy test and it was a very dark and fast positive. Went to my dr and she said it was IB I experienced. I’m almost thirty weeks pregnant. So I know everyone on here gives the immediate response that it’s your period, but again everyone is different.

I heard it’s actually more uncommon to bleed during implantation than you think.
