Advice please

So thank goodness I’m pregnant after over a year and a half of trying. The first day of my last period was 5th November. I had a scan a week ago and again today, I thought I was 6 weeks and two days now and would be able to see the heart beat. She said that it looks like maybe I ovulated late. Is this all normal please? I have included my first scan and second one
