Right cramp that has gone away

I had this weird very lower right cramp/ache/pain in my pelvic region on and off from ovulation week until the start of week 5. It was really bothering me (more mentally than physically) but the pain seems to have just stopped ! I had more crampy feelings weeks 3-5 than I do now. Has anyone else experienced something similar ? I’m happy it’s gone but of course now worried something is wrong. No bleeding or anything. I also don’t have any other pregnancy symptoms other than 1 sensitive breast and a few nights where I was extra tired
