Things that help to calm anxiety and go!!

Sometimes I think I should get rid of all social media ... especially now that I’m pregnant with my rainbow! The reason I say this is because whether it’s here, Facebook, Instagram, etc ... I see all the sad stories. The miscarriages, the still births, and all the in between. Now, I know it’s a part of life - bad things happen but being someone whose had difficulty keeping pregnancies and having this one finally make it past the first trimester; it makes me WAY more anxious than I already am reading those stories.

I don’t want to offend anyone or this anyone the wrong way - I’m so sorry if it’s sounds insensitive I truly don’t want it that way because I think people sharing their story is the bravest thing someone can do. Is not easy letting it out ... But I can’t help but worry every time I read a sad story that, that experience is going to happen to me.

Now the reason I ask what you do or use to ease the fear, the worry, the anxiety is because sad stories aside this community has also been a rock for me. The advice, the info, the suggestions ... just all the support has been so soothing that I don’t want to lose that.

I’m just stuck on what to do for my sanity’s sake!!
