Can you physically feel phantom kicks with your hand?

I have over the last two weeks felt in my abdomen what I am assuming phantom kicks... but the last day I have physical felt ‘kicks’ on my hand when I put it to those spots on my abdomen when experiencing the phantom kicks... am I crazy or could I be pregnant? I have tested two days ago and that was negative but now I’m getting scared

Even if you were 4-6 weeks pregnant, you would not feel kicks. 
The baby isn’t even a baby yet. It’s the size of a small pea.
