Question about moving/utilites

Hi! I am moving out of my house at the end of the month and I have a question about the utilites, since the utilities are in my name how do I get them back under the landlord's name before I move? Sorry this is probably a dumb question but I honestly have no idea what to do 🤷‍♀️😂
