How do you know if you lack this ??? And how do you fix the problem ??? I feel like that’s why I’m not getting pregnant

There’s a couple of ways to check for cervical fluid. I personally check my cervix position and kind of swipe around it to check my fluid because it doesn’t always drip all the way down. Especially during my most fertile days.

I'm 34 now and don't produce a lot of ewcm so we use preseed and it worked last cycle. Unfortunately that was a chemical but we tried again this cycle and also used preseed. It's definitely worth it.

I found that my lack of fertile CM was a hormonal issue. Have you ever worked with a doctor?

I don’t produce fertile cm but I do produce the creamy mucus. After reading about Preseed which is a sperm friendly lube, I decided to try that. I know I dont produce fertile  cm at all
