I don’t know which group to post this in.. but I’m going to post anyway with hopes someone can help me.. So my best friends sister sent me a message last night saying that she’s trying to help so many people with self harm and suicide, and stopping them from doing it and seeking help but I believe it’s affecting her physically and mentally, she’s only 13 and she’s got so much pressure on her that she doesn’t need at the moment, I said to her that she needs to at least back away from it a bit so that she can have time to herself without having to keep focusing on everyone else, am I being selfish by saying that? Because I don’t want it to come across being selfish..
