Mysterious rash

I seem to have developed a rash on both my hands in the same spots that first appeared almost 2 weeks ago and it does not appear to be contagious... I have no idea what caused it and I haven’t changed anything about my every day routine. It is itchy, extremely dry and is now cracking causing it to burn. I haven’t put anything on my hands in fear of it getting more irritated and worse. I’m only 20 and a little new to being an adult lmaoooo can someone please tell me what I can put on my hands to help it or heal it? I’m not really allergic to anything (well before now and not since I was younger). Thanks in advance.
