Y’all. I’m literally to the point of breaking. I’m exhausted. My baby turned one year old in August. So she is 16.5 months old now. And still doesn’t sleep through the night.

She takes one nap during the day (1:30-3:30) and goes to bed at 8:00pm. She wakes up (around) 12:00a, 3:30a, and again at 6:30a. She wakes up for the day at 9:00am. She is not breastfed, and is completely weaned of a bottle. She never would take a paci.

I don’t know what to do. She will cry/whine/kick around until she wakes herself all the way up and then screams if I don’t come in. Typically, I’ll go give her a cup of milk when she wakes up at 3:30, because I’m so tired & don’t know what else to do. Please help me 😭
