When to call Dr for first appointment?

Not sure when my period is due but I think I'm 10dpo and got a light positive test this morning definitely enough to see its positive. When should I call to schedule blood work and Dr appointment? This is my 3rd

You can call now and they'll probably schedule your appointment for around 8-10 weeks

Call and schedule, 8-10 weeks would be best so when your ultrasound is done baby can be seen really well. 
Ultrasounds done to early cause unneeded stress and anxiety for you if the tech isn’t able to get measurements or if all they see is a sac and no baby. At which you will have to wait a week or more to go back and have another ultrasound done.
