Bleeding after sex

So me and my husband are ttc again this week is my fertile week I been using opks and started conceive easy almost a month ago this whole week every time we have sex I bleed this is the first time that this has ever happened the first time I thought maybe we just got a little carried away🤦‍♀️ but it’s happening every time now I just don’t know what to think of this
