Maybe miscarriage?!

Question

Been cramping for three days and bleeding for two. Is this a miscarriage?! I’m five weeks and three days. I’ve seen a doctor and she prescribed me progesterone because she was unsure and I’m suppose to go in next week to get another ultrasound to see. I had an ultrasound on Monday and saw the gestational sac. Please help?!

I'd call them and let them know they may want to check you again, or do blood work I had subchorionic hemorrhages that I bled with and had cramping.

Based on my personal experience with miscarriage, this looks like the starts of one. It could potentially be hemorrhaging which becomes a threatened miscarriage but many women have these and baby ends up fine. Five weeks is still early to confirm healthy baby in ultrasound so perhaps ask to get blood work done again to make your HCG levels and progesterone levels are where they should be.
