Since being pregnant I’ve been craving undercooked eggs...

I’ve never eaten my eggs undercooked/ runny (sunny side up) but since being pregnant I’ve had a strong craving almost everyday. Many people tell me it’s bad to eat runny eggs during pregnancy or that it means I’m lacking some vitamins/nutrients, while some people say it’s normal and totally safe to eat runny eggs during pregnancy. I don’t know which is actually accurate. I’m confused and still craving runny eggs lol
