Someone please help ease my mind...

So I went in for my ob history Monday (12/21) & the nurse checked for about 3-4 minutes MAYBE for a heartbeat using the fetal Doppler... we either couldn’t find one or couldn’t get it strong enough to count (I’m not sure) but I told her when I was 7&6 I had my dating scan and there was a heartbeat.. she said not to worry that we didn’t hear it because normally you hear it anywhere from 10-12 weeks... last pregnancy I had a titled uterus.. someone please help ease my mind that my baby is okay... I was planning on sharing my baby announcement on Christmas with my husbands family... I am 12 week tomorrow (12/24) :(
