Any insight in the red dots around her mouth? I know, I know, ask her doctor. It doesn’t seem to bother her and is a little more noticeable one day then not the next. Been on/off for a while. Just curious if it looks familiar to anyone.

My little one has had bumps around her mouth for two very different reasons. One was an allergic reaction to something she ate, but they spread down her neck etc.
About a week ago, she got a rash that started on her cheeks and spread. I took her to the doctor and this time it was just Eczema. The doctor said it usually starts on the face first because their face is exposed to cold, dry air in winter more than the rest of their body.
Definitely ask a doctor! My older child had hand, foot, mouth once, and fifths disease once (slapped cheek syndrome) but had fevers with both of those since they are viral. Hopefully it is nothing major, but a doctor is definitely your best bet! Keep us updated!

My Daughter had this. Honestly think it was dry skin then food sitting on it irritated it. It would go away then come back depending on what food was sitting on her face- every night i put baby vaseline on it. Worked wonders all gone now
