Af question

I have PCOS, and I am finally seeing that af is here. Well, sorta. It barely goes on pantyliner. I see a clot in toilet and when I wipe is like i have a flow. Sorry for this TMI, but i smell it. And it's been a while with not period and no I don't miss the smell lol.

Should I really consider this as day 1 of light flow?

Taking Pregmate Inositol and I think this is worki g compared to Intimate Rose Myo D-Chiro Inositol.

Just want day 3 to be a good flow to take my last round of Letrozole. I wanted to induce a period naturally without RX and ovulate, but since pcos is not easy totrack with bbt and opk. I'll take the Letrozole and pray this time it works
