Is pubic hair gross?

I’m 21 and personally don’t like to shave. I feel more comfortable not shaving but would like to know.. what’s society’s view on women not shaving? My bf doesn’t really prefer it but I could care less about his preference when it’s my body.

I don’t think it’s gross I’m 20 and I absolutely HATE shaving. When I would shave I always get itchy afterwards even after moisturizing down there and it all typically starts growing back the next day. Soon to be really sharp. I only shave around  the opening of my vagina now and leave the rest so we’re both comfortable with it. Less to manage with and we both get what we want. Idk what the deal is with the pubes tho. It’s natural to have.

I trim for my comfort shave to shape and reduce the patch of hair (when I want to),  I shave it all off when I feel like and sometimes when bf asks, he shaves for me sometimes too, it is purely your choice on what you want to do and what your comfortable with, for our fun I sometimes tell him if you want me shaved, shave me

I absolutely NEVER shave down there.  Just use a trimmer to get it as clean looking as possible.  My skin gets way too irritated and I get horrible shave bumps.

Its natural not gross.  I do suggest trimming and keeping it short to keep away odor though. Theres lady bikini trimmers you can use in the shower.

You gotta do you, girl! Only you have control over your own body and if you don't like shaving, then don't shave. Personally, I shave because I don't like the feeling of having hair down there. But that's my own choice for me. Don't do something just to make someone else happy, it isn't worth the trouble of making you unhappy.

For me, I shave atleast once a month. Pubic hair actually catches a lot of bacteria and protects your vagina. However, sometimes it can get in the way
