Pcos ..

So ladies... I have pcos .. haven’t had a period in over 100 days.. haven’t taken a pregnancy test in a couple weeks. I spotted almost 3 weeks straight an now nothing this past week. I got some nausea, fatigue am going number one more often... (pee) , plus nipples are SUPER sensitive!! I do take Metformin .. but not consistent because I often forgot... anyone else have this issue? Or had something like this happen.. kind of nervous as I had my first positive pregnancy test after I miscarried at home ...
