Waiting to take a test but...

Hello, I think I am probably just symptom spotting but the last few nights I have had the most vivid and weirdest dreams and that is very unusual for me. I also have had some strange changes with my cm ( won't gone into details because tmi) but very weird. My left boob was tender and sore to touch yesterday but has since subsided. I also have a little bit of acne on my face and I have the clearest skin out of anyone I know. I've literally had maybe 10 pimples in my 31 years. I'm 13 dpo. Wondering if anyone had a similar experience before their bfp? Or I'm just symptom spotting. Thanks!
