Pcos and endometriosis

Has anyone here been diagnosed with Endometriosis aswell as PCOS?

My current symptoms are starting to look like I have Endometriosis but I had scans last year to restart my fertility treatment again for no2 but my last cycle was horrendous and I'm having another bleed just 6 days after my withdrawal bleed from provera

I dont know whether to ring my Gynae or GP in the morning and my anxiety is through the roof as we've waited ages to restart our treatment 😩
