Do I have an anterior placenta?

Hello all, at 12 weeks pregnant I went and got a private ultrasound. A blob would come in and out during the ultrasound which she said is my placenta. Does this happen with all ultrasounds or is it more likely that I have an anterior one? I attached a picture just for reference. We had many clear views this is just an example of the “blob” that would pop in.

Maybe. It's nothing to worry about though. I had an anterior placenta with my last and actually preferred it as the movements weren't as painful at the end thanks to the placenta cushioning.
