Mucus plug

I’m a FTM and I’m 20w, I had sex last night and today when I went to poop (I was constipated so I had to push), when I was done I felt something hanging from my coochie, so i wiped and saw what looks like a mucus plug... can anyone let me know if this is normal? Or should I go into ER? Is it from having sex?
