Tiny red dots on stomach?

I’m 28 weeks and I noticed I have about six tiny red dots on my stomach. Not itchy or scaly just these dots that bleed a little when I pick at them I have two up by my boobs too. I don’t thinks it’s pupps because it’s not even close to looking like it does online. What are these..hormone changes?

Are you putting lotion on your stomach? I had minor hive like dots appear early in my pregnancy where I was using coco butter. Strange because I never had a reaction to coco butter before. I stopped and they went right away. I use Burts Bees butter now. Just a thought!
