Is 24,000 HCGct normal for 5 weeks?!

6 days ago I was at 3,719 and I just got a blood draw today at my 5 week marker and they just called and said it’s 24,000 lol am I going freaking crazy?! My last two pregnancies were 500 around 5 weeks at most was 1,200. Any insight?? 
Also I had my period November 22nd I got my positive OPKS on the 3rd and 4th. And positive pregnancy test 8DPO. With the digital confirmation at 10DPO

Normal  this pregnancy my HCG was 8000 around 4 or 5 weeks then 16000 two days later lol

That’s because it’s been a week if your hormones were doubling every 2 days then your hcg would be 29,000 but it looks like it just doubled every 3 days so still normal maybe your more further then 5 wks can’t really know before you get the scan maybe twins lol let us know ❤️

First two were 12/2 last two were 12/3 which also had a solid smiley face on advanced clear blue. There were no positives before or after this it went from positive to non existent within 12 hours. Then pregnancy tests from 7DPO TO 10DPO.
