Tantrum

My almost 1 year old just cried for 3 hours. Refused a bottle all afternoon, ate a tiny bit of bread and thats it. Even when she had her binky she was screaming and crying. It didnt matter if i was holding her or if she was in her crib, she was constantly crying. She finally wore herself out and passed out. Can teething cause this? She doesnt have a fever. She normally downs bottles and food but wouldn't tonight. But she was drooling constantly and had her hands in her mouth the whole time. Im at a loss. I even gave her tylenol because she seemed so uncomfortable but it didnt help. What is the issue😭
