Pcos and supplements
Okay so I take a supplement to balance my hormones it’s Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol Blend from intimate rose. My question, can I take prenatal vitamins and this together? My husband and I are trying for our first baby 👶🏼 and my friends who have all had kids told me to start prenatals now.
