SO ANGRY and so scared

So, I'm high risk because of 4 previous pregnancy losses. My regular doctor referred me to a specialist and they wanted to do a scan at 13 weeks to check on the babys brain development and chromosomes. They told me that they needed another referral to be able to do scans and tests. It took my regular obgyn 14 DAYS to send the referral, now I'm out of the window to run the tests with a scan and have to wait until I'm 18 weeks to see my baby. I havent seen any development since 8 weeks. No tests other than my tsh. I'm so so angry. I dont care if its Christmas, this is their job! I'm terrified, I've never gotten this far in a pregnancy and I havent even seen my baby looking human yet. Why would they refer me to a high risk doctor just to push back, and neglect my care???
